About Project Eight28
Welcome to Project Eight28!
I have always dreamed of writing a blog, it sounded fun, but what would I write about? Who would read it? I never tried it out because I had no clue what kind of content to put out there. Then I realized I could share about my bible journaling. but not only Bible Journaling, also a place where I can share my heart and my testimony. A place where i can encourage and lift others up. some of my blog post will be tied directly to a bible journaling entry and others will just be whatever god has laid on my heart. i have no specific agenda here other than allowing god to use me to share his love and his goodness. My hope is that you are encouraged here to know that the same healing and restoration i have experienced in my own life is available to you as well!
The foundation verse here is Romans 8:28 which says: "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them."
I chose this verse as a reminder that no matter what we go through God will turn it for good! It is my hope that vulnerably sharing about my own struggles will help provide encouragement and hope for even one person. I hope you find something that you like and can relate to in these pages!

About Creative Bible Journaling
Creative Bible Journaling, is, simply put, creating art in your Bible. You do not have to be artistic or creative to do this. I consider myself creative but not artistic, this is why most of my entries are of an abstract nature. I do not draw. Bible Journaling can be as elaborate or as simplistic as you desire. It is not about the art it is about connecting with Jesus and doing something that brings you joy!

Hi! I am Heather and I am the Founder of Project Eight28 and the creator of all of the content here. A little about me: I am a wife and mom to two awesome kiddos. My daughter is 15 and my son is 11! I started Bible Journaling about 4 years ago and I fell in love with it!! I hope you love it here!!

This man is my biggest fan and supporter! There isn't an idea I've ever had that he hasn't fully supported even though some of them were complete fails! We have been to literal hell & back in our marriage but God redeemed & restored it all! We have a huge testimony which I hope to share on these pages! Eden & Haden
These are my awesome kids! They each have their own very unique and different personalities! Eden is 15 and is not your typical teen, she is respectful and loves god, She is so talented and has a beautiful voice. Haden is 11 and is the biggest goofball ever and has the sweetest most loving heart! They are my joy and I am so thankful God chose me to be their mom! I pray that they continue to grow into the amazing people God has created and called them to be!
